🧾 Refund Policy
At USOCIALTEES, we want to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.
If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or because the shipping address provided was incorrect, and the customer no longer wishes to receive the item and requests a refund, only the value of the item will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs. If the customer requests the order to be reshipped, the new shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of products are exempt from refunds:

4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error (for example, defective or incorrect items).
5. Exchanges
