2. Do you create custom designs?
Yes! You can send your own artwork, or we can create a custom design based on your ideas, sketches, or references.
3. What printing methods do you use?
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film), allowing high-quality prints on most areas of the garment.
4. Can I print on more than just the front of the shirt?
Absolutely. We can print on the front, back, sleeves, and sometimes even inside the garment depending on the design.
5.Is there a minimum order quantity on custom shirts?
No minimum order is required. You can order a single custom piece or large batches.
6.How long does production take?
Production typically takes 1–3 business days.
7.Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs depend on your location.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
For custom items, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. For non-custom items, standard return policies apply.
9.Can I wash my DTF-printed T-shirt?
Yes, you can. DTF prints are very durable, so machine washing is completely safe as long as you take basic care. Wash the shirt inside-out, use cold or lukewarm water, choose a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and let it air dry or tumble dry on low heat. The only thing that can really damage a DTF print is excessive heat, so avoid ironing directly over the design — if needed, iron the shirt inside-out.
10.What washing methods do you recommend for DTF prints?
Both machine washing and hand washing work well with DTF. Hand washing and air drying will always give the print maximum longevity, but gentle machine washing is perfectly fine. Just keep the temperatures low to make sure the print stays vibrant and flexible over time.
11.What is the shipping time?
We ship from Portugal, so delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Portugal usually arrive quickly. Deliveries within Europe depend on each country’s postal system, while orders outside Europe may take longer due to customs and local carriers. You will always receive a tracking code so you can follow the entire journey of your package.
12.Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. Every order comes with a tracking code. You can use this code on the carrier’s tracking page to see the latest updates and know exactly where your package is at all times.
13.Do you use a print-on-demand service?
No. We don’t use any print-on-demand platform. All shirts are hand-printed at our HQ, made individually by our own team. Every piece is produced, pressed, and checked by real humans — no outsourcing, no automated production lines.
